Changhong S-FCL series ALR screen is made from Fresnel optical materials.
Optimised for standard/long throw (throw ratio between 0.6-1.8:1) projectors, with its advanced, multi-layer optical material, S-FCL screens can efficiently reject 85% of the ambient light that comes from the top and both sides of the screen to deliver vivid images under ambient light conditions.
Doing more than just making the image brighter, the S-FCL series dramatically (up to 30 times) enhances the image contrast and colour saturation.

Brighter Image
The S-FCL Fresnel lens focuses the light from the projector and sends it forward towards the viewers. As a result, it is able to offer 2.0 screen gain which means the perceived projection image brightness is 2.0 times higher than what’s perceived from the projection image on the white screen.
The 2.0 screen gain makes S-FCL ideal for projectors with low native brightness such as the popular LED projectors.
Magnetic Rollable Screen
Fresnel screens normally delivered in a one piece form which make transportation and installation difficult. The new S-FCL screen’s unique rollable design makes it is easier to transport,
The back of the screen is a magnetic layer. To install the screen, simply place the supplied magnetic self adhesive sticker on the wall, then attached the screen to the adhesive sticker pads, the screen will get snapped on without hassle and without drilling.
The core element in S-FCL screens is the Fresnel lens. The Fresnel is made up of thousands of concentric lenses – each with its own unique profile. Barely visible to the naked eye, these lenses form a circular pattern from the screen centre and outwards – like ripples in a pond.
With the S-FCL screen, only light from the projector will be focused and ambient lights from both sides and top of the screen will be rejected.
The S-FCL screen can efficiently reject over 85% of the ambient light making the image vivid and bright under ambient light.
Hot Spot Avoided
Producing uniform images is essential for any projection system. Even small differences from corner to the centre and between neighbouring screens can irritate the eye, Normal white matt diffusion screens can suffer from “hot spot” problem because they are unable to redirect the light. Because the projector is always angled away from the viewer in the corners, a “hot spot” can be observed in the centre of the screen.
However, with the S-FCL’s Fresnel screen, it focuses the light and redirects it back to the viewer. Because the light’s redirection is controlled, you can expect a well uniformed image without “hot spots”.
The magnetic and rollable design saves the S-FCL screen from a bulky frame structure.
The screen is super slim with a thickness of just 5mm.

Delivery Terms
We reserve the right to charge for any postal surcharges levied by the courier eg for non mainland UK, Highlands and Islands.
* For some products such as screens are also shipped via UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD and some accessories are shipped via Royal Mail.
Delivery Notifications / Signing
If you can provide a mobile number and/ or an email address when you place your order, you will receive a notification of delivery.
UPS Collection Centres
If your package is shipped via UPS, customers at residential addresses can REDIRECT a delivery to a UPS ACCESS POINT (collection point) of their choice if they are not going to be in. You can notify them by email or text.

Shipping Terms
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. Delays are rare to our courier services but they can happen especially in busy periods and no refunds can be made for delays to any postal service whatsoever. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. We reserve the right to change the courier services at any time.
All items are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel any item ordered at any time and provide you with a full refund.
When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment as soon as we have investigated with the courier.
Where an incorrect address has been given to Personal Projector Limited we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 24 hours of delivery and any photographic evidence should be immediately submitted. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours. Please sign the consignment document 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.
PO Box Deliveries
Deliveries are made by courier and require a signature on delivery, for this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address. However for certain products you can re-arrange delivery to a UPS Access Point location (please enquire). You can use the access point as the delivery address. To find your nearest worldwide access point visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff/. You will be notified once it arrives by text or email.
If a PO address is used in the address and it is returned to us you may need to pay for the redelivery costs (if no UPS access point is assigned by you). This applies particularly to Cyprus or countries where PO box is used as standard term on the address.
