celexon USB-C cable - USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 0.5m, Black

The celexon USB-C cable is USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 compliant and therefore transmits signals at up to 10 Gbps, is USB Power Delivery capable and supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. The cables can be used bidirectionally. It is therefore not necessary to pay attention to the installation direction of the cable.

The DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt-Mode) enables the parallel transmission of video signals via the USB-C connection, provided the connected devices also support this feature.
In principle, the celexon USB-C cables are backwards compatible with older USB standards. However, they are only compatible with the transmission rate and power supply provided by the corresponding USB standard.

Power Delivery (PD) enables power to be transmitted via the USB-C cable.
With the help of the PD protocol and the e-markers (chips) integrated in the plugs, the USB-C cables can charge devices such as smartphones, tablets or laptops with up to 100 watts (max. 5A / 20V / 100W with PD or 3A / 5V / 15W without PD). The devices use the PD protocol to exchange information on how much voltage and current they can best be charged with. In this way, devices with different current and voltage supply requirements can be charged with the same power supply unit without causing damage to the devices.*

The USB-C cables from celexon are triple-shielded and guarantee high corrosion resistance and reliable transmission performance thanks to their nickel-plated USB-C plugs and gold-plated plug contacts.
