Returns Update: Extended Christmas Returns Period Until 3rd January

Orders of Pico Genie projectors placed between 14th November 2023 and 20th December 2023 will benefit from an extended returns period until 3rd January 2024. If a product is not suitable then please email us on or before 3rd January 2024 for an exchange or refund. Once you have emailed your returns request, return Items must be returned within 14 days of 3rd January.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION OF THE RETURN ADDRESS (In particular DO NOT return to the address listed on the website) as it will considerably delay the returns process if returned to the wrong location or warehouse.

Christmas Shipping / Delivery

Please be aware orders will ship out up to 20th Dec and then resume Fri 5th Jan 2024 with normal next working day delivery service.

You may place your order during that period which may also help getting your stock reserved during this busy time.

Please note that the shipping cut-off time on the 20th Dec is 12pm for most projectors. However, unless it states otherwise, for screen orders it will be Mon 18th Dec to guarantee that your order arrives before xmas.

We offer a simple and easy returns service providing you with complete piece of mind and all our products come with at least a 12 month warranty.

In the event of any returns simply contact us on 0845 121 8800 or email us using the contact form above to arrange the return and obtain the correct return address for your product (please do not return packages without phoning or emailing first). To avoid buying a projector / item that does not suit your needs we strongly advise you to call us before purchase so we can advise you on the best projector for your needs and environment.

When returning any package you must ensure all goods are properly packaged and boxed prior to return as any damaged goods cannot be accepted. You must pay for any return postage costs and if the goods are refused we reserve the right to pass on any charges for the return from the courier company. Only packages returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded.

If items are required to go for repair please allow up to 4-6 weeks to process (this may take longer at busy times of year such as December / January.

Returning Non faulty goods:

We offer 14 days money back guarantee on most goods. 

If outside of this period we reserve the right to refuse the goods without refund or to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion although it is very rare this happens as we aim to resolve any issues with you directly.  After 14 days, returns will only be accepted in the event the goods are faulty. 

Returning Faulty Goods:

Most products come with a 12 month warranty and some products come with a 2 year. Batteries (if in-built in the projector) are classed as consumables and include a maximum 6 month warranty. Any products must be used only with the original power supplies to avoid infringing the warranty.

If the product is within the warranty period please contact us on 01924 589 589. We will inform you where the goods need to be returned so we can arrange a repair. Please DO NOT send to any of the addresses marked on the website or this will considerably delay your return. 

Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 24 hours of delivery - claims may not be accepted after this time. Please note, in cases of claiming for damage the product and the packaging must be retained for inspection, otherwise this may invalidate any claim submitted.

Only packages returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded. If any goods are returned in an incomplete manner or without pristine packaging, Personal Projector at it's discretion can either reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or Personal Projector can choose to charge a restock fee of twenty per cent. Please check you have returned all small items such as manuals, cables, batteries, styli, etc. Personal Projector will do everything possible to facilitate any returns or cancellations. Returning Goods From Outside the UK

Please note the customer is responsible for returning goods back to the UK at their cost whether the goods are faulty or unwanted within 14 days of order.

Its imperative that you contact us prior to return to obtain the correct paperwork to avoid double taxation on any returns otherwise returns maybe returned back to sender without the correct invoices.
