In Review: Pico Genie A100 Projector

Personal Projector Ltd recently attended the Gadget Show Live 2013 Easter exhibition at Birmingham’s NEC area to showcase some unique new LED projectors, ranging from Pico (pocket) to home theatre. As part of the show we offered our visitors / followers / tweeters the chance to win a brand new, wireless, short-throw Elmo BOXi MP-350 projector or a Pico Genie A100 iPod / iPhone projector case with battery and speaker. After a record number of entrants we were happy to reveal the lucky winner of the Pico Genie A100 as Chris Davies. Here is his review and feedback on the Pico Genie A100 mini projector:-

Pico Genie A100 iPhone 4s / iPod Touch LED projector for iPhone / iPod + battery + speaker + case Review

“I would recommend the Pico Genie A100 to others who might use projectors to present to small groups, also my sons and I have used it to watch videos of YouTube which is great as you can see them better than watching them on the iPod and we just project them onto the wall in the house. It also takes hardly any time to get it set up.”

Chris Davies – Emergency First Aid Training, Winner Gadget Show Live Competition

Chris is a first aid trainer and uses projectors a lot in his every day work so the Pico Genie A100 offers a great back up projector or a small, lightweight alternative that is great for projecting his work to around 6 people. The Pico genie A100 is “a nice bit of kit” and the quality of projection is good. We recommend trying out the ProjOut App with the Pico Genie A100 which allows you to show web pages, PDF’s, the camera and more from your Apple device
