When testing the Pico Genie Impact 4.0 we were surprisingly impressed at the brightness and contrast of this very small unit and it ticked the "WOW" box. The Impact 4.0 is a bright enough projector to use for both daytime and night-time TV due to it packing a powerful 500 Ansi Lumens (3,000 marketing lumens) of brightness.

Built-in battery power comes as standard in the Pico Genie portable range and the Impact 4.0 doesn't disappoint when projecting in an area without power. The Impact 4.0 features a powerful internal battery lasting up to 2 hours and can also be plugged into the mains power whilst charging the battery at the same time in the same way as a mobile phone.
If you ever find yourself in the middle of the field and you run out of juice on your mobile phone from projecting so much video, the Impact 4.0 acts as a PowerBank to charge your mobile phone, tablet etc.
Advanced SMART TV Built In & Easy Connectivity
With Android 7 powering the back end you get a really nice SmartTV interface with bright clear graphics and an intuitive menu system. It's OS basically allows you to surf the web, watch Netflix, iPlayer, YouTube or download your favourite App to watch whatever you want directly from the projector.
You can also use the wireless screen mirroring feature to mirror your tablet, smartphone or laptop screen onto the projector. Alternatively, you can use the HDMI port and use the projector as a second monitor / TV.
Previously the impact range allowed wired mirroring with your Apple charging cable but the Impact 4.0 now also allows wired mirroring from BOTH Android & Apple Devices by using the USB-C or Lightning USB charging cables (see compatible wired Android devices).
